E3.1 – An adequate and effective Conflict Minerals Supply Chain Policy and Management System is designed and implemented to reasonably assure that the tantalum, tin, tungsten, gold, and Cobalt (3TG+C) in the products they manufacture are sourced in a way consistent with the OECD Guidance for Responsible Supply Chains of Minerals from Conflict-Affected and High-Risk Areas (OECD Due Diligence Guidance) or an equivalent and recognized due diligence framework.
